Planning application for 70 new houses in Brailsford

A planning application to Derbyshire Dales District Council is about to be submitted. For a development of up to 70 houses including new areas of publicly accessible green space, tree and hedgerow planting, footpaths, and a children's play area. The benefits of the proposal would also include:
